Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) forms part of the Terms of Service and applies to everyone who uses the NibraSec platform (the “Service”). It protects our customers, our infrastructure, and third parties.

1. You must not

• use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in breach of UAE law, including the Cybercrime Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 34 of 2021) and the Personal Data Protection Law;
• upload content you have no lawful basis or right to process, or that infringes the rights of others;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other tenants' data, or our systems; probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities without written authorisation;
• interfere with or disrupt the Service — including denial-of-service attempts, excessive automated requests beyond published limits, or circumventing usage, credit, or rate controls;
• reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the Service or its outputs except as expressly permitted;
• use the Service to generate unlawful, defamatory, deceptive, or harmful content, or to misrepresent agent output as certified legal or audit advice;
• upload malware, or use the Service to distribute it.

2. Fair use of agents and credits

Credits and rate limits exist to keep the platform fast and fair. Deliberately abusing them — sharing accounts to evade limits, automating runs to exhaust shared capacity, or exploiting bugs to obtain credits or runs you have not paid for — is prohibited.

3. Security research

We welcome good-faith security research. Contact security@nibrasec.com before testing; do not access other tenants' data or degrade the Service.

4. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access — without refund — where we reasonably believe this AUP has been breached, and we may report unlawful activity to the competent UAE authorities.
