Quickstart
From sign-up to your first finding in about ten minutes. Each step unlocks the next.
- Create your account. Sign up, verify your email, and set up two-factor authentication (required).
- Subscribe to the platform. The flat $199/mo fee unlocks the platform and unlimited Advisory Chat — and your first month includes 7 free credits to try the agents.
- Complete your baseline. Answer the questionnaire about your jurisdictions, systems, and controls, and register your AI systems.
- Lock the baseline. Locking is your “ready to run” signal — agents only run against a locked baseline so every output maps to a known snapshot.
- Run your first agent. Open the agent board and run Core Compliance (or chat for free with Advisory Chat). Credits are spent only when a run succeeds.
How Sentriq works
Sentriq has two independent layers. Both are required to run an agent.
1 · Platform subscription
A flat $199/mo (or $1,990/yr — two months free). It unlocks the findings system-of-record, risk scoring, framework mapping, and unlimited Advisory Chat (chat never costs credits).
2 · Credits
Pay-as-you-go fuel for the heavy agents. One fungible wallet per workspace; each run spends a fixed number of credits. Credits never expire and top-ups stack.

The baseline
The baseline is the single source of truth every agent reads from. It has two parts:
- The questionnaire — ~30 answers about your jurisdictions, business, and current controls.
- Your AI systems inventory — each system’s purpose, decision impact, data categories, and criticality.
Agents run only when the baseline is locked. Locking freezes the snapshot a run is built against; if you change answers later, unlock, edit, and re-lock — prior outputs are marked stale so you know to re-run.

Five specialists run against your locked baseline. Advisory Chat is included with the platform; the rest spend credits per run.

Credits & billing
Credits are sold as fixed packages. Bigger packages cost less per credit. Buy from the Buy Credits tab or the “Top up” button in your workspace — new credits add on top of whatever you have left.

Credits never expire. Workspaces with no agent activity for 9 consecutive months are deleted along with their data — running any agent resets the clock.
Frameworks covered
Agents map findings, controls, and audit packs to the frameworks that matter across the GCC and beyond.
Data & security
Tenant data stays in-region (KSA / UAE) on the primary path, each workspace is isolated, and every action is audit-logged. The full detail — encryption, access controls, sub-processors, and our own certification status — lives on the security page.

Is there a free trial?
There's no open-ended trial. Subscribing to the $199/mo platform the first time includes 7 free credits so you can try the agents before buying a package.
Do credits expire?
No. Purchased credits never expire and top-ups stack on top of your remaining balance.
What does Advisory Chat cost?
Nothing extra — it's included in the platform subscription and never spends credits.
What happens if a run fails?
If a run fails for an infrastructure reason after being charged, the credits are refunded automatically — you're never billed for our error.
Can I run an audit against more than one framework at once?
Yes. Select multiple frameworks in Audit Readiness; each is assessed and merged into one pack, charged 20 credits per framework.
